Our History Begins in 2005 when we lit the stoves of Cholos Grill for the first time, we not only set out to make a great restaurant in our beautiful land of Cusco. We wanted to get to know this immense, beautiful and diverse country called Peru better; and that our kitchen was the testimony of our wonderful culinary diversity.

Our cuisine is a sample of the best of this country. We love the craft. We work with seasonal products. Farmers, cooperatives, indigenous communities, fishermen and artisans from all regions supply us with fresh, healthy and tasty products every day. Now we want to share this magic with the world.
